As the general public has been increasingly introduced to the full spectrum of artistry that’s been incubating in Chicago, Knox Fortune has stood out as of late with a string of very dope singles including his most recent, “Lil Thing” which simultaneously arrived with a full visual rendering to boot.
While most know Knox initially from his standout feature on “All Night” off Chance The Rapper’s Grammy-winning Coloring Book project but the 23-year-old producer and singer has begun building a reputation for himself distinctly outside of Chance’s towering shadow. What we’ve seen from him so far speaks to his immense range in his ability and continues to evoke a necessary down-tempo vibe that feels steeped in tenets of 90s alternative.
